Working closely on a one-to-one basis can help deepen your practice, and may be more appropriate if you are beginning yoga, pilates, don't like working in a class situation, or have specific needs - such as rehabilitation of an injury. If you have up to two friends who would like to join you, that's fine too, as long as you have adequate space. During your individual session, you can choose to work whichever aspect of yoga, pilates you choose. Whether you're looking to learn the basics to give you confidence to join a class, or to develop strength and ease in more challenging positions. By improving breath, core control, strength, mobility and coordination, faulty patterns shift towards efficient integrated movement and significantly reduce the risk of future injury. Laura can tailor your session to help you really enjoy yoga ,pilates and relax into it. Laura can tailor a private class at your home address or arrange a space near your location.

Fluid fusion & the Art of Contact

This three hours free-spirited journey will focus on being present during the practice and being aware of yourself and each other, as the keys of living spiritedly.
It is about letting go of fears, about sharing, celebrating the joy of union , exploring the movement potential of our bodies and the creative potential of our minds.

Joining in postures with a partner, supporting one another enhancing awareness and Union, we’ll use a combination of ‘flying’ and trust in your partner to go deeper into forward bends and back bends.

Laura uses her knowledge of contact improvisation, partner yoga, trust yoga and body work with emphasis on the art of touching, falling, lifting, leaning, sliding, counter-balancing, and supporting the weight of another person.
